Job Interview

I am in a program called FARMS Leadership Advanced. In that program I have learned about many things in the agriculture industry. Although this program expanded my career options there was one event that really helped me prepare myself for future job interviews. Taking these interviews were something that would describe me as a risk taker. I was told that I was the only one who was actually prepared and dressed formally for the occasion. I was also told that I have many skills but technology seemed like my strongest.

Although the interview was great, I was told that sometimes I said “umm” a lot and that was something I would have to work on. I took this in the best way possible because I love constructive criticism, I thrive on it. So, I prepared myself for a challenge and I overcame it while still learning from my mistakes.
