One day, during my Startup Incubator Class, me and my team were talking and we all came to the conclusion that we were not happy with our current business plan so we decided to pivot. After carefully considering all the business ideas we had we decided that we would start a streaming channel in which we made comedic and original content that was trending. Although it seems like a very vague idea at first, we decided that we would first plan things out before talking to our teacher about this change. We are currently still the same business team and we are glad we took that risk because we are now truly passionate about it.
This was a risky decision because we disrupted our business plan while still knowing the possible setbacks we would have. We stretched ourselves when we were working on the new business plan. And we also used technology in our favor in order to get things done. At the end everything went well and we created a presentation in which we presented our new business plan.
