Mentor Meetings

One of the greatest challenges I had was to prepare myself and my team for our first mentor meeting. This was challenging because we were first going to have one mentor but then he cancelled and we were left with no mentor. After some time we were assigned with another mentor.

This was an adaptive learning experience because we had to prepare ourselves before the meeting. We created structured agendas for every meeting we had. We thought about what topics we were going to have and what responses we would get from him, then planned more questions accordingly. Although not everything was scripted, our meetings have been going well so far and we expect to launch our minimal viable product next month.
