Changing my methodology

In my AP Research class I had to conduct research and write a research paper. My study focused on how we can use artificial intelligence to help reduce the impact that fast fashion causes around the globe. I struggled with a lot of things but the main things I had to revise and solve multiple times was my methodology. Initially, I planned to interview individuals outside of fast fashion businesses to see if they knew what fast fashion was and what they thought of it. But then, I changed the focus of my study to something more technological, so I contacted a manager at H&M to inquire about how they are utilizing artificial intelligence to lessen the environmental effect of their business. I called H&M's head of environmentalism after being directed to them by the manager, but they did not respond. As a result, I decided to do additional study into how artificial intelligence may possibly lessen our environmental effect. From there, I was able to answer my first inquiry and establish whether my theory was correct after completing my study.
