SIMPLEX'S Business Plan

During my Startup Business Incubator class I had to come up with a business plan. Me and my team decided to create a business that created websites for local businesses. Our team's name was Simplex. Not only did we build websites, we also took videos and photos for our customers because we had professional cameras. We wanted to help businesses build an online presence.

This is a problem solver task because we saw a problem which was the pandemic closing businesses and stopping customer traffic. We came up with a solution which was to give them an online presence so people knew if the business was back. We looked for a problem and we sought multiple solutions. We didn’t discard the solutions, we merged them into one big business that combined the team's talent.
