During Physics class I had to design a protective restraint device to protect an egg from a sudden change in momentum during a crash. We also had to test it during class and my egg was one of the ones who survided. I think this project was one of the most hands-on we have ever had so far, but, we also had to create a video so there was a technology aspect involved. I put this video on the problem solver because I think that we had a problem withch was the egg crashing and we had a solution which was building something that could transport and protect the egg at the same time.
This is a problem solver assignment because they presented me with an initial problem and I had to find ways to fix it. I gathered information by learning the basic laws of momentum. After doing research I went to class to seek feedback. I also did the same when I was designing my prototype. After receiving feedback from my peers and my teacher I started to build my project. Not only did I research, design, test, and improve my product, I also created a video in which I explained the physics going on when the car was going through the ramp.
